helpful staff breakfast bag thin walls cold showers
the staff helped us with travel plans and that was so helpful. the room was large for a european hotel. we really appreciated the breakfast bag with treats for our early departure.
the room was close to reception and loud voices disturbed us late at night. the walls seem thin because i heard people showering in adjacent rooms. cold showers were also a problem as the shower never got hot water.

fantastic stay!
train tickets restaurant recommendations packed breakfast free tours
georgia was there every morning at breakfast, she even packed a breakfast for us to take when we left early. virgilio gave free walking tours showing us the entire city and its history in english.
the outdoor area was not quite what i expected from the pictures on the site. the shower also did not drain very well at all, unfortunately.

the hotel features a central location with walking distance of most sights. it is very convenient as there are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the immediate area, providing many options for meals.

the rooms include spacious accommodations equipped with everything i needed. i also found a large walk in closet with a safe and a fridge. good quality windows and excellent air conditioning were present.

unmarked door unclean stairwell
the staff DID assist with transport to the airport, helpful.
finding the entrance was AWFUL. i spent too much time trying to find the unmarked door. the stairwell also was not clean.

Excellent Stay at Central Hotel
prime location hotel transfer free tour great variety
The location was excellent. It allowed easy walking access to major attractions. The staff helped arrange hotel transfers, as well as free tour experiences (a nice perk!). The breakfast had great variety and selection, with Lorenzo greeting guests each morning with a smile.
The building's ground-level entrance lacked clear signage, making it difficult to find upon arrival without assistance.

The room had a large walk-in closet that included a safe for valuables. There was also a fridge available for personal use. The windows provided good insulation from outside noise and temperature variations, contributing to a pleasant stay.

The staff was consistently friendly. They were always available to assist guests. The breakfast service was attentive. Sarah and Jenny ensured a diverse and fresh selection of food options were available daily.

The hotel offered a terrace area for breakfast. The large fridge in the room allowed for storing drinks and snacks. The air conditioning worked effectively even during warmer periods (I visited in August).
